When the Travel Bug Bites...

I traveled this week out of state for the first time in months. I'm honestly a bit hesitant to post this as I know opinions on that choice vary. Thankfully, we had a very short, direct flight and stayed with good friends. Our time was spent outdoors on the water and beach and not in crowded spaces or tourist areas.
I digress.
What did I do to prepare my body and immune system for this trip?? The past several months, and usually all winter, I increase my Super C and Inner Defense intake. These two supplements help to boost the body's immune system function. Prevention is so important. I take both of these in the morning. I also drink NingXia Red every single day as do my children. This antioxidant rich, oil-infused puree super wolfberry juice is insanely powerful. Not only does it support every body system, it cleanses and strengthens the body on a cellular level. I also add a couple drops of Copaiba for inflammation, Lemon for detoxing, and Thieves for added immune system support. Speaking of Thieves, I apply the roller bottle on my feet and spine 1-2 times daily.
I continued all the above throughout the trip, but packed the following favs in my purse. I tote Thieves Hand Sanitizer with me legit everywhere I go. You can find a bottle in every bag, and my car console. Another Thieves favorite for travel is the Spray! Compact and easy to carry, we wiped down all tables and chairs we sat in with it! I've used it on grocery carts, in bathrooms and everywhere in between on many trips. Bonus? Both products meet CDC regs for sanitization. Boom.
I also love throwing Thieves cough drops in my purse. I feel like coating my throat with Thieves when sharing air with strangers isn't a bad choice. Not to mention right now any coughing and sneezing makes you feel a bit like you committed a crime.... Moral of the story, avoid all throat discomfort. Let's see, what else am I missing.... TummyGize! Bumpy plane rides, too much eating out, general digestive struggles of travel. So easy to use and less pungent than Digize! Peppermint is another good one. Oh, and my friend Shelbey shared that Stress Away helps her for motion struggles! Double bonus, you'll feel awesome.
Not immunity related, but I'm 1000% grateful Jess had some LavaDerm After Sun Spray when I fried the crap out of my body. It worked quickly and prevented pure misery. I should probably have applied a few more coats of our Mineral Sunscreen...
Yours truly,
Whitney
